This agreement covers Flame Sound software plugins, whether you bought one or are using the free trial. Installing a plugin means you accept it. Our sound effects and sample packs are covered by the SFX License.
Buying a plugin licenses you to use it. One purchase is a single-user license covering up to three computers you own or control, for personal and commercial work, at home or in a professional studio.
Anything you create with a Flame Sound plugin belongs to you. No royalties, no credit required, and no extra license for client work.
You can pass your license on to someone else. Let us know when you do, so we can move the download and update access across, and delete your own copies once the transfer is done.
The trial is the complete plugin, free for 7 days, with nothing to activate and nothing to manage. After that, buy a license to keep using it or uninstall it. Trial copies may not be sold. If you want to share the trial, point people to our website so they get the latest version.
Our plugins run entirely on your computer. There is nothing to activate, no internet connection is needed, no usage data is collected, and the audio you work on never leaves your machine.
We release updates when we have them, without a fixed schedule. Support for older operating systems and plugin formats ends as they age.
Every plugin has a free 7-day trial with everything unlocked, so you can hear exactly what you are buying before you pay. All sales are final.
Flame Sound owns the plugins and the intellectual property in them. They include third-party and open-source components that stay under their own licenses, and any required notices ship with the plugin or are available on request.

Our plugins are provided as is, and you use them at your own risk. We test carefully, but we cannot promise a plugin will run without fault on every system. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Flame Sound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to our software, including lost profits, lost sessions, and lost recordings. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the plugin.
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke this agreement or used a plugin unlawfully, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that follow. This does not apply to claims caused by our own acts or omissions.
This agreement applies for as long as you use the software. It ends if you break its terms, and you can end it yourself by uninstalling and deleting your copies. Sections 10, 11, and 12 continue to apply afterwards.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing here removes consumer rights your local law gives you.
We may update this agreement when our products or the law change. The current version and its date are always on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted. This is the whole agreement between us about our plugins.
