Our sound effects may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning or AI models of any kind (including generative audio, text-to-audio, and voice or sound synthesis systems), and may not be included in any dataset used for those purposes.
Our plugins may not be used to train, fine-tune, or build a machine learning system designed to imitate or replace what they do.

When you use the contact form. We receive your name, your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to put in it. We use that to reply to you, and for nothing else.
When you buy something. Purchases run through Gumroad, our store and checkout provider. Gumroad handles your payment details, so we never see your card number. We receive your email address and your order details so we can deliver the product, send updates about it, and provide support.
Our plugins run entirely on your computer. There is nothing to activate, they make no internet connections of their own, they collect no usage data, and the audio you work on never leaves your machine.
